Peace IW, LLC was founded in 2020. It was born out of our personal experience as a mom trying to create peace and happiness for her family.  After having a child at 21 on section 8, she worked tirelessly to become a homeowner 5 years later.  

 

The feeling of home ownership brought her so much peace that she dedicated her life to helping other women transition from Housing Choice Vouchers to home ownership.  While the path was not easy for Irene, she has made it her mission to make the process easier and just as fulfilling for women who want to create a better future for their families.
